Hospice Leaders Project

The Hospice Leaders Project is a voluntary, vendor-initiated program that is designed to facilitate meaningful benchmark comparisons and other initiatives in the hospice market. Through this program, vendors strive to provide a unified focus on hospice measures for quality improvement.

Hospice Leaders Project Mission
As the founding member of the Hospice Leaders Project, OCS has committed to the following for the overall benefit of our hospice industry:

  • Implement a standard set of hospice data elements in all applications
  • Provide straightforward data export capabilities for providers
  • Refine and organize data elements to align with national hospice reform initiatives
  • Serve as a source of information on regulatory compliance for hospices
